One program is aiming to change this reality. Marley’s Mutts Dog Rescue, based in California, is pairing at-risk dogs in need of training with inmates in California who provide training to make the dogs more adoptable.
The 14-week program, called Pawsitive Change Prison Program, has begun showing some incredible results.
